The MODDOM fair attracted visitors with furniture and accessories from the whole world

The popular fair of furniture, home design and interior accessories MODDOM, taking place from 16th to 20th October presented a complex offer for interior and exterior furnishing and creating the dream home. Modern, fashionable and timeless furniture for the whole interior, unique accessories and the newest technologies for your comfortable and clean living from 220 exhibitors during five days attracted 58,248 visitors.
Sofas, living room furniture, dining tables and chairs, designer kitchens, practical solutions for entrance spaces, beds and storage furniture for bedrooms, equipment for children rooms or multi-functional furniture for workrooms and offices; offer of garden furniture and exterior solutions; and last but not least, accessories and home furnishings such as floors and carpets, textiles, lightning, wallpapers, fireplaces, radiators or technologies – the journey to your dream living was much easier thanks to an exclusive mixture of furniture from the whole world! Some exhibitors even offered very attractive discounts up to 30 percent. Products with world patents from which some are an absolute novelty at the Slovak market were one of the most interesting things at the fair.
The MODDOM fair has always been an important platform for presentation of both national and foreign furniture production. On the occasion of the fair, professional jury consisting of representatives of the Faculty of Architecture STU, designers and professionals engaged in interior and utility design awarded chosen exhibits that were registered for the MODDOM Award by individual exhibitors. The evaluated features were design, idea, manufacturing quality and overall approach to product processing.
