The favorit travel fair ITF Slovakiatour and gastronomy fair Danubius Gastro together with the accompanying exhibitions Hunting and Leisure, Exposhop and Gastropack, initially to be held on the end of January 2021 are postponed to the date from 13th to 16th May 2021.
The reason to this step is the current epidemiological situation, it´s trend, likely not allowing the organisation of this event on the end of January 2021. The fairs of tourism and gastronomy traditionally have the high share of foreign exhibitors, therefore due to the strict mode on the borders would be impossible to fulfil this offer in good manner. „The segments of the tourism, gastronomy and HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering) belong after organisation of exhibitions to the most affected by the pandemia of the new coronavirus. The fairs of tourism and gastronomy are therefore the great chance to restart these sectors and to reinforce the economy. I believe that not only the exhibitors, but also the visitors welcome the new date in May.“ said Mr. Alexander Rozin Jr., CEO of Incheba Plc.
