In order to send a free ticket to the SacroExpo Slovakia fair, the organizer Incheba, a.s., Viedenská cesta 3-7, 851 01 Bratislava ("controller") needs the above personal data. The processing of personal data is necessary in order to take measures based on the request of the person concerned before concluding the contract (obligation to provide a free ticket) according to Art. 6 paragraph 1 letter b) of the GDPR Regulation. Further processing of personal data for the purpose of evaluating interest and promoting the fair is necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by the controller pursuant to Art. 6 paragraph 1 letter f) of the GDPR Regulation. Personal data of persons who have been provided with a free ticket will be processed for 10 years. The rights of the affected persons are listed on the website www.incheba.sk in the Personal Data Protection section.
